Hello, a bit about me
I am a Senior UX and UI designer, researcher, information architect and project leader, Certified Usability Analyst (CUA) with a master’s degree in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI). I have a technical background with several years of experience as a software developer and engineer.
I apply WCAG accessibility standards and UCD methods, help refine system requirements, and incorporate knowledge of software development platforms to deliver comprehensive, accurate designs that solve problems, delight customers and drive business results.

- When you have questions, ask the experts: your customers!
- Take something complicated and make it simple
- Include backward navigation and not just forward
- Design as part of a larger ecosystem and put the customer in the center
- Good usability is about predictability
- The quietest humans can provide the most valuable insights​
